Group Case Studies

The class will be divided between into two groups:
Main v. Office Depot (fake photo ID case)
Liebeck v. McDonald's ("famous" hot coffee case)

• Resources (articles and worksheets) are found on this page
• You will be working with a group, in person (not online), to prepare your sides of the argument.
• Then, after both sides have presented, we will return here for some classroom discussions.
